8 o’clock, Friday night and we’re gamin’
And beside me is a girl, a better gamer it’s true,
Her name is Cathy, she’s a beauty wearing my ring,
She plays Vanadia, and I’m not quite sure what she’ll do.

And when she smiles,
Away orcs flee and the bugbears cringe.
She’s quite the one to see!

Cause she can play a hot Mage,
Or a cool Rogue Spy,
Fighter with attitude,
She’ll role-play a guy.

Knows the lines from movies,
Thinks Evil Dead’s “Groovy”
If you DM’ed, then you’d be,
Screamin’ “Please just join me”
As you plead constantly
Tryin’ to get the girl all the DM’s want.
She’s the girl all the DM’s want.

She prefers second ed. and I like the house rules,
Her character sheet full of daggers that return when they’re thrown,
She says she’d like to roll some good dice and critical,
She rarely fumbles or has a saving throw blown.

And when she smiles,
Away orcs flee and the bugbears cringe.
She’s quite the one to see!

Cause she can play a hot Mage,
Or a cool Rogue Spy,
Fighter with attitude,
She’ll role-play a guy.

She hates them with a long sword,
Armour clad she’ll ignore,
Dressin’in Black Leather,
How did she get so clever?

Now I need a hot Mage,
Multi-class Rogue Spy,
As well as a warrior,
But I don’t want a guy,
I don’t know all the movies,
But she thinks I’m Groovy,
And I love her dearly ..dearly…dearly
