OK there seems to be some confusion as I see it. I have seen this
3x base attack + 2x base defense + base skill = max enchant? and 3xbase attack+base skill=210 max enchants Mat can you clarify? |

the first one is correct: 3x the base attack + 2x the base defense + the base skill = the "power" of an item
as far as i know, this formula does not ignore negative numbers for att/def/skill. I'll test this and edit when I know for sure *edit* negative numbers are definately not ignored by this formula. ie: -3a 44d -6s has a power of 73 (-9+88+(-6)) also, before anyone asks, the chance that an enchant scroll will work on an item can be determined by: wits / (wits + power) ie: 600 / (600 + 73) or about 9 out of 10.
