I was so glad to see your interested in playing a mage and maybe even dabbling in some elemental magics. With a background in DnD it should be very easy to believeable and fairly play this sort of character for you.
Currently the only readily visible magical references in this plot or rp community is the citys magic shop in the market. It just doesnt draw enough....

I have been fumbling for a few months with the organzation of a section in this community's plot for magic and I have come up with an idea I think will only encourage magic characters to post but also provide limitless possible plots and rp oppurtunities for everyone.

We have a forum on the TG RP board "ISLE OF ANCIENTS" this takes the poster to a forum that can only be decribe as an an island magical hidden within the mists ofthe bay just of the coast of the land ( you can see it on the map ) I would like to use this island as a place for teaching and learning as well as a refuge for magical users of all sorts. I would like to work this into an "Order of The Magii" of which I can explain more in detail when less eyes are reading.

If your interested I would like to have you work your rp into this possibly becoming a teacher and more...I need a few could magical players that would like to help develop the idea with me, because frankly with every other plot I have going right now..... I need the extra heads
